just had my mum stay with me and my missus for 2.5 weeks..... aint seen her for 2yrs... nice and all, but over compensated in the cash dept. taking her out to nice restaunts and shit, holiday cottages in the wine country, loads of fine wine. spent a fortune. and then yesterday when i dropped her off at the airport she said, " you now, you didn't have to do any of all of that, but i love you"
i dropped her kerbside and then drove off
almost straight into a traffic bollard one way system thingy coz i had a tear in my eye - still dont know if i was laughing or crying
