Nairn: The problem is that I rarely appeal to any religious authority in my arguments. Almost never. Rather, I use logic and data which is available to everyone. Your labeling of it as "pseudo-scientific terms" doesn't change this fact. The burden lies with you to demonstrate where I have appealed to religious authority. Go ahead.
Another mistake you make is to equate skepticism of the reigning paradigms and arguing for unpopular viewpoints as "absolutism". The thinking people here aren't going to buy your pap, I'm afraid.
Are we creatures? Yes. Do we have a lot to learn? Of course. Does this mean we shouldn't debate the evidence we have? Of course not. You just don't like position I take.
