Ugh, Exact Target. It was a few years ago by now, so they must have gotten MUCH better in order to be recommendable. All I have of them is long, painful evenings fighting their bullshit interface.
Besides them, I've only ever used Campaign Monitor and haven't been convinced yet that I ever WONT use them.
