It's got a nice, dark feel to it.
I'm afraid the type is not very legible though. I see the same problem with many flyers/posters for bands & shows.
The text, at least the major text needs to grab the average passer by. However cool the graphic is, if the viewer does not remember what it's promoting it is all in vein.
