ok, so i bought the dvd and i wasn't really blown away.
i liked the Kid's story for the story itself and Beyond (especially this one) for the story which was very intruiging and animation - heavy japanese styles.
overall most of the shorts either tried to hard to mix some of the wachowski's favorite anime's (GITS/Ninja Scroll/etc.) with thier own matrix story making a boring ride you can't wait to get off since you've seen it all before.
Final Flight Of the Osiris wasn't all that bad. a little bit of cheese at the beginning with the training simulation program and the clothes coming off. square made little effort to change up the characters they used in FF:TSW, a few texture map/model tweaks, but it worked well though.
other thoughts?
