Don't blame ya. But I am pretty sure that is the issue. Its like when you try to set a whole table row to like 3 pixels. It won't work unless every cell, for that row, has a 3 pixel high image setting it. And it has to be every table set to stretch the entire width of the browser that has something in it. I will check on of my old sites to make sure. if its different I will let ya know.
