Funny - I'm about to go on some anti-depressants. Pls let me know which ones are killing you so that I might avoid them.

(Dec 18 06, 12:42)nic, it's unpredictable. everyone reacts to the meds differently. thats why you need a trusted psychologist to constantly monitor you. for some, paxil may work 1st try. for others, it may make them feel worse and you have to keep switchin until you find one that works.
as a general rule, i know that these drugs can help some people. I would hesitate to use them before trying to change my diet and exercise routine, as food and exercise create dopamine in the body which is what these drugs mimic.
