harle, very cool. i've used that camera quite a bit. I think you'll want a good priced wide angle and a telephoto to go with you're new camera. they can run pretty expensive.
I tend to customize as much camera equipment as I can, here is a DIY mod for a DVX wide that cost around 100 bucks and looks to work pretty well. http://www.neilslade.com/Papers/…
