- having to go somewhere early in the morning and not having enough time to get ready (such as when your entire family needs to take a shower so you have to wait a few hours, and then get blamed for being "late").

(Dec 15 06, 08:27)Pfftt..they don't have to be things you can't control. I mean, you can control nearly everything. You could CHOOSE to walk into those people with the umbrellas and get poked in the eye, but you don't, for obvious reasons. I could choose to wake up before everyone else, but it's different when:
(1) there are 7 people in your family and there is no way you could get ready before them unless you made some sort of deal or list of who's taking a shower when. Also, there are ppl who hate getting ready before everyone else, and those who hate getting ready last, so you have to negotiate.
(2) Secondly, I refuse to get up like 4 hours earlier all the time (it probably takes longer than that for 6 other people to get ready).
Therefore, I believe the best solution would be for some ppl to take showers before others and then give other people a chance to get ready before others, in a rotation type system. Of course, this never works because some people are still adamant about being the last to get ready so that they don't have to wait around for everyone else to get ready, and others run to get ready even though someone else said they were getting ready first.
See? It's more complicated.
Now we have more showers in our house so it's not too bad.
