no, no no... it was a guy talking about his site while little animations take place around him on his nav bar. i know exactly the site your talking about. in the end his hair is short and he sneezes and his hair pops back out to the origional fro. right!?!
no link sorry. i don't remember it either. may have been a macromedia site of the day though last year.
