    That's not the answer mate - really. Look after yourself - I've known that pain in teh past - I would say almost everybody on here has at one time or another. It's uncomfortable and painful and sometimes you just want it to stop no matter what. Don't let it get there. Go outside, meet up with friends - go and live YOUR life. It's so short - there's not enough time to feel sorry for yourself for too long. Don't let her poison control you.
