I think the line between my personal and work life has become so blurred that I don't know when to leave what where...if you get me?
I mean...I'm working my frickin ASS off during the day, and night quite often, for my family - but is it worth it, if at their expense, my mental well being starts to suffer?
And the problem also is that I love the work I am doing and who I do it for. Minus all the petty inter-office bollocks like bitchy account managers and short timelines I really do get a kick out of what I do. And EVERYBODY here is overworked at the moment - we are all slammed and stressed and definately ready for some well deserved downtime. It's just not healthy that during that downtime I am sure to be stressing about and working on a huge client pitch we have the first week of january.
Right - glad I got that off my chest! Answers please!
