Why oh why would you make a site in window that resizes halfway between my two screens?!

my duals didn't center (but its happened before) this just extended my browser down off screen(?) and narrowed it a bit, i spent longer writing this than i did looking at that site

If I created a piece of print work where the text was unreadably small and the graphics didn't line up properly, do you think I'd get away with saying "I'm a web designer not a print designer"
