i think you'd be better off spending money on good food, and avoid spending on drinks. most of bars will charge like $100-300 to get in. then you get really shitty drinks and impossible to move around and get more drinks.
pick a good fun restaurant then have a great meal with your friends so they will bring drinks and you have a place to sit. then maybe after like 1am, go out to bars.
