    Thanks, we're both pretty relieved, all things considered. I haven't seen it myself, but apparently there isn't much damage beyond the usual grand theft auto stuff - locks & ignition - but the police said they may have to hold it for up to a couple weeks evidentiary purposes. :\

    As an interesting aside, I have the address where they found the car and it's about a 20 minute walk from here.
