it's a cms that used to be called Mambo until licence issues drove the freeware crowd into recreation mode. it's good in the right hands, shite in the wrong.
the community is huge and if you get into it you could do well, it has a huge number of modules of the get go.
you can use almost any templates made for Joomla and Mambo with the Joomla base.
