    lived in dallas most of my life, and finally made my escape last march but...

    eats:
    -Suma veggie cafe (even if you're not vegetarian)
    -Breadwinners - good breakfast
    -La Duni - good s. american dinner and pastries
    -Uncle Julios - best margaritas in the world. period.

    arts & culture:
    -haha, yeah right...

    booz:
    -all of lower greenville
    -deep ellum if you're brave

    avoid:
    -635
    -I-75
    -anything with a lift kit
    -tollways

    get away to:
    -austin
    -new york (har har)
