    it's going to take time, i think you should just let yourself feel whatever you're feeling and not judge yourself harshly for it. of course you were attached, 4 years is a long time. but there's nothing wrong with that. if you mourn the death of your relationnship now instead of pushing away your feelings, you will be all the better for it in the future. call your friends, get busy, set some goals for the next 6 months and work towards them.
