    my last studio gig WOULD was a dream job...
    ... the boss 'made' us play and experiment with each other... there were even days when some of the guys gave full-blown 'art' and painted... or worked on personal stuff...... but... as it turns out - the boss was also a sex addict and was out of his mind..

    ... he just got out jail...... again...

    ... so... um... I'm going to answer 'yes' to your 'am I asking for too much/dream job' scenario... :)
