I use webalizer 2, it is by far the best for it's price (free). there are a hundred other free ones by they are either too hard to use or don't provide enough information. If you aren't technically inclined I would advise just downloading the logs and finding something to analyze them from there. I've tried a few programs that do it, but forget what they were called. They weren't that impressive anyway.. and took forever. Logs can also be HUGE, depending on the site traffic.
