i like pissing 'em off by calling them a different name each time i refer to them (paul, jack, fred, whatever).
it's hard for them to react to that in front of their friends without looking like a childish brat
sometimes, just calling them 'slick' works well too... it's such a subtle offense that there's really no comeback for them.
