driving, staying in front of computers in useless forums, engaging in conversation AND especially watching french movies about western decay is something you might want to avoid.
go to the woods, kayak, watch big mountains and natural events. get a glimpse on how small you are and you'll be ok.
no pun intended. know your place in the natural order of events (which is none) and work yourself up.
