I prefer the "reverse open" trick.
This is where you grab on of the pivot hinges, pull away and over the face of the cd lid. The second pivot hinges slips free and now you can take the cd out without removing the the sticker.
Simply pulling away the upper portion of the lid, almost always give a clean removel of all stickerness.
