has she 'kept in touch' for the fact she wants to be your friend? (maybe more!) or the fact she'd like to be your client?
if its the friend answer (or more) then if the sites literally only gonna take you a couple of nights work then do it for an exchange (esp if she's hot!) tell her youl build her a site if she takes you out to dinner one night to somewhere swanky and gets you drunk.
i've done a wee flash site for a girl friend under those terms before.
if shes just interested in being a client and you still think shes hot then do her a good price and make sure you have lots of relaxed client meetings in places like chilled bars lol.
if you think shes interested in being a client and shes NOT hot, then just give her a usual cost
