I really don't feel like explaining it. Basically, the girl who Bond almost slept with (but just used to get info from before leaving her alone and going after her husband) is more of a conventional beauty, where most people would agree that she is beautiful, whereas Eva Green's beauty is easier to dispute even though 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'...
Both seem somewhat exotic though (more so the first girl), so it's hard to explain.
