PLONE is a piece of bloody shit.
Better get used to the Python programming language and Zope application server.
Most people have no clue. You'll run into problem after problem with it.
The themes suck too.

themes? wtf? are you kidding? design it out yourself or use several products to mod it to *any* existing style sheet(s) you want. themes are lame.
