I'm starting to realize I enjoy working around people now that I don't work around any.

full-time wreaks the benefits of meeting people, having a "normal" schedule, and holiday pay.it really depends on your lifestyle, but for someone like me, a salary job is 100% worth it.

(Nov 24 06, 16:47)I think I would have to agree with both of you. I absolutely hate working "with" people all the time and work better on my own, so my current salary job is perfect. Basically, myself and the other developers/designers discuss everything in the morning and then we go off and work on everything by ourselves. Best of both worlds. I'm not a complete loner at work but most of the time I am working by myself, which I like. Having that stability of a paid job, certain hours, and holiday time really works for me.
To be honest, I think it'd be hard to work on something on your own and do a great job on it when you're also working for a salary job. So it depends on you and how you work.
