If you're an underpaid security guard who feels threatened by somebody, how would you react? Take the chance that the person is going to attack you while you escort them out?

I guess I could just never be a cop because I actually think about things before acting.
Knowing that the kid didnt pose a physical threat, how was the tazering justified? It wasn't because the kid wasnt a threat.
