there's a bit difference between slating a public company, (especially within design which is created for communication with the public) and bad mouthing an inidividual. The difference is a company is made up of many individuals who may change over time, but that person will be affected more in the long term.
Criticising an employer is ok with restraint, but criticising an employee publicly is wrong.
