whether it's legal or not is not the question. I don't think it's very moral. Why should someone have their reputation tarnished just becaus they failed to show for an interview.
That's an issue for the candidate and employer, not the recruitment agency.I find recruitment agents to be pretty self obsessed sometimes. One had the nerve to tell me to break my contract with my current employer! Recruitment agents are almost as bad as estate agents sometimes.
That site is just pure spite, for no reason, it doesn't help anyone.
