HDD is standard, intel processor can be swapped as far as I read - people have done it. Probably the video card isn't easy to upgrade, if at all. On a budget, I wolud go for a cheapest 20" intel, max out ram and a year later put the fastest procesor that fits plus a 10000rpm hard drive.
