680-odd kb of image files and flash and THEN a high-bitstream mp3 file? Thank goodness everyone has broadband and is happy to sacrifice their connection for a few seconds for your site, eh?
It's not really my style (i'm a middle class white guy in london ;) but i guess it's looking quite good - i would suggest treating the photos a bit more - give them a touch more vibrancy and contrast and bring the glowing elements from the header logo more into play.
If you're going to 'muss-up' the photos with vintage floral motifs, I'd suggest going for it a bit more - the stray white flush on his arm seems a bit weak.
You really need to tighten up your layout - the top 430pixels (before the text starts) contain very little detail or information and as others have said - your mp3 doesn't stand out, whilst your nav does - but for the wrong reason - it just doesn't quite fit (it's a blemish of web2.0 in an otherwise urban scheme).
'sLooking good - just make sure you consider optimising your files though!
