I'm probably going to get a Wii in a couple months. If I was a hardcore gamer, I would already have the XBox 360. The PS3 just seems like too much crap stuffed together.
That said, reviews of the available Wii games have been mixed. I'll have to wait until some of the hyped titles are released.
I remember you used to be able to pick your console based on what kinds of games you liked (rpg, FPS, sports, etc) but not anymore.
