yeah afx is the shit
it's made for film and video and can incorporate them with text a lot easier to a more natural, organic effect...i havn't made much motion for the web but from what i've seen here nothing has compared to real good broadcast design or film titles...i've seen title sequences done in flash but it's vector kind of stuff, good but just vector
