Site and Resume Critique

I think an effective resume has to have something of a hierarchy of information. By having everything full-justification and all the same font and size, I naturally started reading at the beginning, got bored, and didn't really even notice your experience.
That's not to say it's a bad resume, but you're a designer, not a writer so don't try to wow them with your prose, wow with your design skills. After looking at your site first, I was a little surprised to see your resume was visually kind of bland. I liked your site, especially the colors, and although it was hard to navigate, I think the thinking behind it was much more solid then the resume.
Clearly you have skills, just design your resume like a resume, not like a poster or a handbill or something.
