applause for doing something different with your site, but i think if you are going to go that route, yo'd better have a full flash site. the level of interactivity with your elements will really help it out, as it is almost un-navigatible in it's curent state because of a lack of visual feedback cues when poking around.
as far as your resume, again it's nice that it's different, but this is something you don't want to get too cute with. just give the info in an easily digestible format. someone shuffling through 20-30 resumes isn't going to read the entire thing; they are going to scan and skim. keep it concise and emphasize the major points of interest.
