Yagman disputed that, saying Tabatabainejad started yelling to draw attention after the police officer pulled out the Taser.
Tabatabainejad was arrested for resisting and obstructing a police officer and later released on his own recognizance."
The police aren't excused for what they did, but I believe the student was definitely trying to get more attention from other students to make it seem like he was completely a victim, judging by that video. Maybe there was some racial profiling, but probably not. I wonder what race the people attacked by police the two previous times were...
