I personally am kinda sick of people signing up to participate and not coming through. How can we make sure this does not continue to happen?

I say that 80% of the people that get in have to have a good NTPE history. I thought that's what we did with this one? I know I was good on the last one, but fell off this time. Thing is, I will get my shit out before the end of the year, but yeah, I think I'm pretty much disqualified for the next 2 NTPE at least... :P
