Yeah well if I don't recognize the email I just report the spam or delete it since I usually don't get emails from people other than my friends or family. No one from work or outside people would contact me, and if they do and I delete the email then it's my loss. But it's usually easy to tell if it's spam just by the email address.
And I don't want to get rid of my email address since it's just my first name and it's easy to remember :(
