nice looking but tooo busy (tho that aint the designers fault usually...clients end up wanting to jam too much into to little space)
personally, i'm not that into this design...
also, remember when flash everything was absolutely the way to go on every project..it was like the wonder drug...everyone wanted to use it..
these days, i'm finding that i'm less and less interested in flash sites on the whole, and more and more drawn to really well layed out sites using proper css and neat javascript fx and things like that....
thats just me tho...
