That being said WVU is coming into town tonite, and I'm sure there will be tons of fights.
Usually they have the game on or extremely close to Thanksgiving to heighten the amount of alums coming back home or whatever to have the fever pitch at an all time high.
A few years ago I went down for the PITT/WVU game ... WVU killed us. And me and my cousin got lost from everyone during the tailgate, and had no idea where this girl lived we were staying at.
Some random kid sucker punched my buddy for wearing PITT gear and we caught him and a mini-riot started, haha, there were so many people at t his point yelling at each other cops couldn't arrest anyone and were just making physical walls of themselves between everyone.
In the melee we get lost and go to the stadium, there we are ... full PITT gear ... in the WVU section it was just hell. Absolute hell. Cops ushered us out before the game was over for our own safety as we weren't really being the most non-vocal losers.
Every corner was filled with riot police, burning everything, cars being turned over and dickheads firing bottles at us.
It was like Warriors with us getting home finally about 2 hours after the game let out (apparently she lived 10 minutes from the stadium... G-d bless booze).
I'd do it again in a heart beat though.
