in answer to Jazx and czrock's question on gobo's - a gobo is a usually circular piece of metal or glass which filter light into shapes, they are used to project logo's and 'break-up' light shapes on walls etc and can also be used to spotlight areas during shoots.
They work with specific lamps and are generally expencive to have custom cut. Check out:i only know cause i have to design em for live events.. yawn.
