Just make sure you separate the foreground and background when shooting against a green screen. this is easily achieved with two different light setups, with gobos blocking one from another, and the subject several yards from the green screen. you dont want any spillage from the screen on your subject, just as you dont want any shadows from your subject on the screen.
and make sure you white balance correcctly.
