    the only time ive had downtime was actually two weeks ago and ive had accounts with them for 3 yrs. first time in three yrs and it was for like 6 hrs.

    ive never needed any of their customer support, so i dont know how they are on that. but they are a good, employee owned company. plus, their rates cant be beat. if youre a new customer you can google codes to get near $90 off! i remember i did that for my first and ended up paying like $12.25 for my first year.
