    I can't agree more with these guys. Hitting the gym worked wonders for me. You just have to say 'Fuck it, I'm not letting this get the better of me', and just do something that you usually wouldn't do that would give you a positive perspective on your current outlook.

    Hit the gym, go to the beach, travel, run through the park, go shopping.

    Don't stay home and listen to music, don't go to museums, and think about anything when you're about to sleep.
