yeah, I went through this shit a couple of years ago myself. It sucks but you'll make it through it just fine.
Like everyone else said, get some exercise, like running or squash or whatever.
Also, lay off the booze for a couple of weeks. That's probably a big part of the problem right now. You need to detox. Eat some relatively healthy food for a couple of weeks. Make sure you drink a boatload of water and exercise. That will help with the physical part.
Then, mentally, you need to sit down and decide what in your life isn't happening the way you want it to, then make a plan to fix it. Don't dwell on the shitty things just identify them and then fix them.
Also, try meditating (in whatever way you feel comfortable) and getting yourself "off the box" as much as possible (both computer and television).
Also, to get better sleep I take a Calcium-Magnesium vitamin, a mutli-vitamin and a couple valerian (not Valium, Valerian) and it helps big time.
