  i tell you.. the DC area gets all the different kinds of weather!

  Severe Heat Waves
  Severe Cold Front
  Droughts
  Floods
  Blizzards
  Tornados
  Hurricanes
  Hail/Sleet
  Deadly Humidity
  and yes even a random Quake (not really noticable though)
