I doubt many illegals from Mexico can make it into Canada. They have to get through the USA first, and good luck with that. Snipers, hounds, and realistic graphics. Then, if they get through (yeah, right) they would have to trudge through the wilderness until they reached some part of Canada, where they would be participants in gay marriages while smoking up. I suppose they could swim around the US to get here or go through Antarctica and then up through Africa to get here but that would possibly be difficult as well.
Looks like we'll have to let them in from the ocean.
