Yes when the Red Hot Chili Peppers album came out they did something similar, I basically just reapeated the hook over and over and over and.. I think you get the point.
I started noticing which ones were looped and just avoided DLing them.
BTW, what are you bitching about. I am greatful of the gigs upon gigs of music that I have downloaded form Napster, Scour, Morpheus, Kazaa, etc..
Stupid people though i agree, Delete those bunk ass files.
