i did that but i cant seem to find the folder on my machine.
It says its located here...
C:\Documents and Settings\Gezzamondo\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{532BB0B8-6877-4... Express
but when i follow this i only get so far as Gezzamondo, there is no local settings folder
